If you are 16 or 17 years old
and you have completed a special voter registration form
then you may stand for election.
Other voters who appear on the voters’ roll
and the registered young voters above
will have a postal vote.

Could you please tell me what the maximum number of Councillors will be for this new Community Council we are being asked to vote for in November? And is this a diffrent number to the extant council?

The new Ardgay & District Community Council will be allowed 8 council members.
These are made up of 7 due to population and 1 due to sparsity of population.
